The Lead Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of patient flow within the office; greeting patients in a prompt and courtesy manner and being a patient advocate in term of facilitating communication or visits in the office, coordination of patient schedules, as well as monitoring and facilitating patient financial transactions.  They will assist with center wide communications as requested.  Set up and manage the vendor and pharma company encounters.  Monitor all provider's schedules and addressing any scheduling issues in advance.  Provide excellent customer service when greeting and engaging patients and visitors.  Work with Practice Administrator for other duties in providing continuous evaluation of the front office process.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of Medical Office Experience in a similar role
  • Community Health experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • ECW experience preferred
