Job Summary

The Senior Provider and Physician Recruiter is responsible for developing innovative and effective recruiting strategies to meet AbsoluteCare’s current and future provider staffing needs. This strategic role partners with hiring managers to guide the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience. The recruiter represents AbsoluteCare at agencies, universities, and professional events, and manages full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions, focusing on physicians, mid-level providers, and nurses.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates aligned with AbsoluteCare’s talent needs.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting, screening, tracking, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies using digital and in-person channels.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on sourcing, staffing forecasts, talent planning, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, retention).
  • Deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and internal partners.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Ensure security and privacy of all company and patient information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for physicians and/or mid-level providers.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent time and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in collaborative team environments.
  • Occasional travel to AbsoluteCare locations as needed.
