Highlights (Bonus, shift, relocation, info for job):

Monday through Friday, 8-5 with hour lunch, no weekends, no on-call, with paid holiday time off and paid CEU.

The Lead Care Team Coordinator is responsible for managing a team of Care Team Coordinators in a busy chronic care medical practice. The position reports to the designated Clinical Nurse to lead initiatives that maintain efficient patient flow and enforce compliance of workflows and duties within the Care Team Coordinator scope. The Lead Care Team Coordinator has supervisory experience and is proficient with point of care testing, EKGs, spirometry, electronic medical record (EMR) audits, training, and interpersonal communication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and takes initiative to perform tasks that reinforce MA role accountability and provide quality patient care.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with active certification in the state.
  • Must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant with strong clinical skills and progressive leadership responsibility.
  • One year of management experience preferred. Experience as a preceptor preferred, but not required.
  • BLS required.
