Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm No evenings, no weekends, no major holidays

 

The Medical Records Coordinator will be is responsible for maintain the files in a patient’s health information record, including medical history, examination results, diagnostic tests, treatment, and other services.  The Medical Records Coordinator will provide excellent communication skills with interdependent healthcare professionals to help clarify diagnosis.  This will contribute to our company’s larger mission of providing patient centered ambulatory ICU service and complex case management for our vulnerable and at-risk members.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with an electronic health information system (EMR/EHR).  Experience with Eclinicalworks preferred
  • Experience and/or training in keeping medical records
